Who we are
DealChaser is a software product developed and sold by JKORIA LLC (trading as Koria One). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to JKORIA LLC.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (koriaone.com) and through the purchase and delivery of DealChaser software.
For customers who use the DealChaser Managed Cloud (Managed Cloud instances), we also act as a data processor on your behalf for the business data you store inside the application. That relationship is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
What personal data we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to provide the product and support you.

We do not collect payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your card number.

How we use your data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process your purchase and deliver your licence or hosted instance
- To create and manage your account on a hosted DealChaser instance
- To send you transactional emails (welcome email, password reset, licence key)
- To respond to support requests and questions
- To maintain the security and integrity of our systems
- To comply with legal and financial record-keeping obligations
- To improve the website and product (using aggregated, anonymised analytics data)
- To send you product updates or promotional communications — only if you have opted in
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Your product data (pipeline and business data)
Desktop versions (Mac and Windows)
DealChaser Solo and the desktop version store all your pipeline data locally on your own machine using a local database file. This data is never transmitted to JKORIA LLC servers. You have complete control over it.
Self-hosted server version (NAS / company server)
When you install DealChaser Self-Hosted on your own server or NAS, all data is stored within your own infrastructure. JKORIA LLC has no access to your server or your data.
Managed Cloud instances (dc00X.koriaone.com)
If you use DealChaser Managed Cloud, your pipeline data (prospects, contacts, notes, deal values) is stored in a dedicated MySQL database on our VPS. In this case:
- You remain the data controller for all business data you enter into the application
- JKORIA LLC acts as your data processor under a Data Processing Agreement
- Your database is isolated — it is not shared with other customers
- You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account and data
How long we keep your data

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@koriaone.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The koriaone.com website may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They do not store any personally identifiable information.
Analytics cookies
If website analytics are enabled, we may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personal profile is built and data is not shared with advertising networks.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the website. Most browsers allow you to:

International data transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
- LemonSqueezy (US): Transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Article 46(2)(c).
- Netlify (US): Transfer is covered by SCCs. Netlify is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Hostinger (US/EU): Hostinger provides US-based and EU-based infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, Hostinger relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
- HTTPS encryption enforced on all domains (TLS via Let's Encrypt)
- Passwords stored as hashed values — never in plain text
- Database access restricted to localhost — not exposed to the public internet
- Each customer's hosted instance uses an isolated, dedicated database
- Regular server security updates and monitoring
- Access to production systems limited to authorised personnel only
Children
DealChaser is a business software product intended for use by adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 16, please contact us at support@koriaone.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes that affect how we process your personal data, we will notify you by email (if we hold your email address) or by displaying a prominent notice on the website.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the product or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
